Vertical sump pumps are intended for use in the various industrial pumping applications to pump clear liquids, contaminated liquids, fibrous slurries and liquids containing large solids from the sumps. These pumps provide dependable performance while offering maximum mechanical and hydraulic design flexibility. The casing assembly is suspended into the pumping liquids inside the sump and the drive motor is dry mounted above base plate. The pump has separate discharge pipe and support pipe column. The vertical sump pump has a vertical single shaft cantilever design or multiple line shaft design without supporting bush bearings. Added advantages of vertical sump pumps occupies less space and avoids cavitation possibilities. These pumps are offered with closed, open and double suction type impellers as application demands.
